The Trust Leader platform is operated by Venandi Solutions Limited, trading as The Trust Leader, registered in England and Wales under number 07682213, registered office 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.
How payments are handled
Our order process and payments are managed by our payment provider Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases. Paddle handles the transaction, billing, receipts and any applicable taxes, and may appear on your bank or card statement. Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Free trial
We offer a free trial, currently 28 days. You are not charged during the trial, and you do not need to cancel a trial to avoid being charged. Paid features simply end when the trial finishes unless you choose to subscribe. You only pay if and when you start a paid subscription.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Paid access is a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown to you before you purchase.
Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- You can cancel from your account settings on the platform, via the management link in your Paddle receipt, or by contacting us atinfo@thetrustleader.com.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not, by itself, refund the current period.
Your statutory cancellation right
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a new purchase for a refund. Because the platform is digital content supplied immediately, when you subscribe you ask us to start providing access straight away and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day right once access has begun, except where the law preserves it.Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory statutory rights.
Refunds: 30 days, no questions asked
We want you to be sure Trust Leader is working for you. Whenever you buy something from us, whether that is a 90-day pilot, a paid plan, or a move to a different plan, you can have a full refund of that payment within 30 days, no questions asked.
Just email info@thetrustleader.com from your account email so we can find the payment. We will not ask why. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle.
When a refund is made, your workspace becomes read-only straight away. You can still see and export everything you created, but you cannot add or send anything new.
Each new purchase starts its own 30 days and ends the previous one. Automatic renewals and extra seats added to an existing plan do not start a new 30 days.
Outside the 30 days, we will still refund where the law requires it, or where we agree there has been a billing error or a material failure on our side.
90-day pilot
The 90-day pilot is a one-off purchase of £295 (excluding VAT) for 15 seats for 90 days. It does not renew.
Each workspace can buy one pilot. A workspace that has paid for Trust Leader before cannot buy a pilot.
If you move to a paid plan, the £295 is credited: £295 off your first annual payment, or £73.75 off each of your first four monthly payments. The credit can be used until 30 days after the pilot ends. Moving to a paid plan starts a new 30 days for that plan; a refund then covers what you paid for the plan, and the pilot fee is not refunded once the credit has been used.
At the end of the 90 days, if you have not moved to a paid plan, the workspace becomes read-only.
Organisations, coaches and partners
Where an organisation, employer, coach or partner purchases access for you or a group, refunds and cancellation are governed by the Business Terms or order form for that purchase. The 30-day full refund in this policy applies to organisations too, unless the order form says otherwise.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
