Founding Practitioners
A price promise for the first practitioner cohort.
The first 100 paying Practitioner memberships are Founding Practitioner memberships. If the standard price rises, yours will not.
The lock holds your rate at £75 a month or £750 a year, excluding VAT, for as long as your membership stays continuously active. Cancelling or letting it lapse ends the lock, and rejoining later is at the price current at that time. It fixes the price, not what the membership contains — features will keep changing. It does not extend to client seats beyond the five included, or to Certified Practitioner.
The limit of 100 reflects the number of founding practitioners we can support and learn from properly. It is not a countdown. Founding Practitioners are offered the 50 Certified Practitioner places first. Places are finite and the standard still applies, so first opportunity is not a guarantee — and cohorts repeat, so nobody is shut out by timing.

The £75 price includes five active client seats. Your Practitioner account does not use one. Removing a client frees their seat. An optional admin licence is charged at the same per-seat rate as your current volume band.

What happens when the 28-day trial ends?
Nothing is charged because no card is taken. Paid access stops unless you choose to continue.
What counts as a client seat?
A client seat is one active client account. Your Practitioner account does not use one of the five included client seats. Removing a client frees that seat.
Can I add an administrator?
Yes. An optional admin licence is separate from the five client seats and uses the same per-seat rate as your current volume band.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. Practitioner membership is £75 monthly or £750 annually. Both prices exclude VAT, and the features are the same.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. Every paid price on this page is before VAT. Whether VAT gets added depends on where you are: UK buyers pay it, EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged and pay none, and most buyers elsewhere pay none. The checkout works out what applies to you and shows the full amount before you pay anything.
Can I buy certification now?
No. Certification is a separate pathway and is not open for direct purchase. You can join the Certified Practitioner waitlist. No payment is taken and joining does not guarantee a place. Founding Practitioners are offered places in the first cohort before anyone else, and cohorts repeat periodically.
Is Trust Leader designed for individual self-development?
The platform is designed around practitioners working with clients. The public thinking and Knowledge Base are open to everyone, and the trial can be used as a taster.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
You can cancel from your account and retain access until the end of the period paid for. Read the full refund policy.
