Choosing a ready-made Behaviour Playlist is part of everyday practice. Creating your own custom playlists is the separate Certified Practitioner pathway.

Seats
Choose your seats at checkout, from 5. The price per seat falls as you add more.
At checkout you choose how many seats you need. The minimum is 5, or your number of active leaders if that is higher. Five seats are £15 each: £75 a month or £750 a year. Your Practitioner account does not use a seat, and removing someone frees theirs.
To change your total later, open Manage seats in the Hub and choose your new total. Every seat is then priced at the band that total reaches. The change applies straight away. If the new total costs more, you pay a pro-rata amount today for the rest of the billing period, then the new price from your next billing date. If moving up to the next band would cost the same or less, the Hub tells you.
Reducing seats works the same way. Nothing is charged, and the new price starts from your next billing date.

Example: a cohort of 20 leaders. 20 seats is in the 6 to 25 band, so every seat is £13. That is 20 × £13 = £260 a month, or £2,600 a year, excluding VAT. For 15 leaders it would be 15 × £13 = £195 a month, or £1,950 a year.

Founding Practitioners
Join the Founding Practitioner waitlist.
We are opening 100 Founding Practitioner places. Join the waitlist and we will contact you when a place is ready. No payment is taken, and joining does not guarantee a place.
If the standard price rises, a Founding Practitioner's will not. The lock holds £75 a month or £750 a year, excluding VAT, for as long as membership stays continuously active. Cancelling or letting it lapse ends the lock, and rejoining later is at the price current at that time. It fixes the price, not what the membership contains. Features will keep changing. It does not extend to seats beyond the first five, or to Certified Practitioner.
The limit of 100 reflects the number of founding practitioners we can support and learn from properly. It is not a countdown. Founding Practitioners are offered the 50 Certified Practitioner places first. Places are finite and the standard still applies, so first opportunity is not a guarantee.

What happens when the 28-day trial ends?
Nothing is charged because no card is taken. Paid access stops unless you choose to continue.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one active participant account. Your Practitioner account does not use a seat. Removing a participant frees that seat.
We have a larger cohort. What does that cost?
Up to 100 seats, the price per seat depends on your total: £15 for 1 to 5 seats (minimum 5), £13 for 6 to 25, £11 for 26 to 50 and £9 for 51 to 100, per seat per month, excluding VAT. Every seat is priced at the band your total reaches, so 20 seats are 20 × £13 = £260 a month. You choose how many seats you need when you check out, from 5, and can change the total in the Hub at any time. For more than 100 seats, talk to us.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. Annual is ten times the monthly price, so five seats are £75 a month or £750 a year. Prices exclude VAT, and the features are the same.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT or other applicable taxes. Paddle calculates any tax due from your location and business details and shows the total before you pay.
Can I buy certification now?
No. Certification is a separate pathway and is not open for direct purchase. You can join the Certified Practitioner waitlist. No payment is taken and joining does not guarantee a place. Founding Practitioners are offered places in the first cohort before anyone else, and cohorts repeat periodically.
Is Trust Leader designed for individual self-development?
The Hub is designed for HR and L&D teams, learning providers and coaches supporting other people. The public thinking and Knowledge Base are open to everyone, and the trial can be used as a taster.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
