You bring the client, the judgement and the relationship. Trust Leader gives the work a map, approved behaviour practice between conversations and evidence you can review together.

One connected journey you can follow.
One person, one situation. Ask the five Trust Questions, read the Trust Map, and choose the one behaviour that matters.
Choose and sequence the practice. Pick the Behaviour Playlist that strengthens that behaviour.
Practise it in the real relationship, away from the screen, where the trust is actually needed.
Capture what changed (keep it private or share it), review the dated evidence, and return to the map.
After a couple of weeks, return to the same relationship and questions. Any movement is evidence for a better conversation, not proof or a final verdict.
The leader doing the trust work moves through all four stages. As the L&D lead, learning provider or coach, you support them through it.
The gap it closes
Trust problems often arrive under another name. A team says everything is fine until a risk arrives late. A client's decisions are checked again. A manager is being worked around. Someone has started keeping a written record of every conversation.
None of those signs proves that trust is the issue. Each gives you a behaviour and a relationship to explore, then something specific to practise before the next conversation.
Trust Leader connects those two moments.
For coaches
The leader doing the trust work moves through all four stages. As the L&D lead, learning provider or coach, you support them through it.
The platform handles the repeatable parts. The judgement, challenge and relationship remain yours.

The platform is good at providing a consistent structure, approved Behaviour Playlists and a dated record. It cannot make the judgement a practitioner makes about the person, situation and pace.
Activity reflections are shared with you by default, while Journal entries start private. Your client can change that choice and remains in control of what they share. That keeps the platform useful without turning the relationship into monitoring.
What the Hub does
Everything below works in the Hub today.
An activity takes around 10 to 15 minutes to work through. The client then has at least 48 hours to try the behaviour at work before they can mark it complete and reflect. So their Reflection describes what happened when they tried it.
Well-timed emails encourage each client to keep practising and to reflect, with limits on how often anyone is contacted. They hear when their practice window is over, check-ins follow 14, 30 and 60 days after a Behaviour Playlist, and you can send a nudge yourself.
Your Insights view shows each client's progress. You always see their Trust Map. Reflections are shared with you by default and the client can switch each one off. Journal entries stay private.
Download a group-level report for a programme. It shows no individual rows, names are removed from quoted Reflections, and Journal entries are never included.
Each client's Trust Journey can be downloaded as a record of where they started, what they practised and what they reported.
As a Practitioner you get your own Trust Maps and Behaviour Playlists, the same as the people you support. Map the working relationships you want to improve and practise alongside them.
