What's inside

Three open questions for each of the seven boxes, and a short note on how to run it over one or two sessions. You ask; your client writes every word.

The same seven boxes, left blank, with a space for their statement of intent. It is a working draft they keep and come back to in a fortnight.
The seven boxes
Most business owners can say what they want. Fewer can say why it is important to them, what they believe, or what people would see them do. The canvas takes them through it in order.
The last box
The final box asks whose support the Manifesto depends on, and why they would want to give it. That is where trust comes in. Trust is someone's confidence in you with something they care about.
In the Trust Leader Hub, a Trust Map looks at one of those relationships from the other person's side, and a Behaviour Playlist gives your client one behaviour to practise in real work.

For Practitioners
Practitioners and their clients can use three Purpose playlists with prepared activities, one for each part of the Manifesto: aim and beliefs, motivation and Why, and values in action. Your client works through them between sessions, and you pick up what they found in the next conversation.
